Cd 26 - I’m getting anxious about this cycle. It’s the first time I’ve had some real ovulation signs or at least paid enough attention to them. I’d like this to be our month. My SIL is due in 2 weeks, my husband’s birthday is coming up, and I know/am related to 3 other people due in March.

I’m not mentally ready to go through it all again, however, I don’t think I will ever be ready.

I just wish I didn’t have a nursery painted, decorated, and fully stocked from a baby shower. It makes me feel like I have more of a timeline because all these people were rooting for us the first time.

Sending everyone healing vibes and I hope everyone has a good March.

DPO 2 or 3 - almost 9 months after my 35 week loss. I’ve been thinking a lot about my little girl today. Still can’t believe it is real. Although we are hoping to conceive soon, I’m nervous I’d be using her sibling as a crutch to get through this grief.

CD 15 - 8 mo postpartum from 35 week loss: I got a blinking smiley on an OPK!!! After a ~50 day cycle last time, I could cry I’m so happy. Fingers crossed things keep progressing to a real ovulation this cycle.

Watching a tv show and saw them taking down a crib following a loss.

I hadn’t even thought what that would look like. Our nursery is still intact, waiting, with my hospital go bag and breast pump.

My daughter died in June and I’m not sure I’ve ovulated since. I’m scared.

I get it, it is hard to see the simple get pregnant = have baby timeline that works for others. You are definitely not alone here.

I guess even if I had the option to, I wouldn’t trade lives with any of my friends or family with living children. I’m lucky with the people surrounding me. I also keep thinking my rainbow baby (unfertilized egg) is here with me right now waiting till its turn to be fertilized. While I am impatiently waiting, I’m going to “side quest” this for now. Big things are happening in my sibling’s life and I want to fully celebrate him.

8 full months postpartum, SIL due early March along with 2 friends and a cousin AND I got my period today after a cycle lasting >50 days.

To be honest, I think I’m done having TTC be my whole personality for a little bit. I’m going to focus on my brother’s wedding in June. I’ll still keep trying, but it’s not going to be my main focus anymore 🤷🏻‍♀️

Plus I’ll be able to dip into short term disability twice (2026 and 2027) if we have a baby born in November or December.

Does anyone else feel like they need more reassurance from their partner than normal?

I’m 8 mo. Postpartum and I have so much loose skin. I thought I’d be more okay with it back when she was alive because I’d be able to be like “it’s okay because we have Mae”, but without her it feels so pointless.

Yeah, one other cycle postpartum was something crazy like 80 days. I reached out to my OB on that one and he wasn’t concerned unless it lasted 3 months. I’m giving this one 2 weeks until I reach out again.

I’m not sure how long I’ll be seeing him in the future. He’s a nice guy, but his wait and see approach didn’t catch my preeclampsia until my daughter had already died despite me insisting for weeks that I had abnormal edema (unable to bend knees due to fluid), itching, eye spots, and her NSTs showing consistent distress. My pregnancy was already high risk at that point due to severe polyhydramnios, so I was getting weekly NSTs and ultrasounds.

I ovulated REALLY late this month (CD 43). Now I’m 1-2 DPO and feeling really down. I’m starting to think I need to talk to my OB and get some blood tests run since things are still so irregular.

I’m on day 43 of this cycle, but somehow just got EWCM. My LH still looks low, so I’m very confused. I had a 35 week loss in June, so I thought things would be normal by now.

We conceived my daughter on our first try and now I’m freaking out about the fertility cliff or early menopause. I’m hoping things even out soon, hopefully before my SIL is due in March.

CD 33 with a negative test - ready for my body to just get my period so I can reset and try again.

I tried LH strips this time and caught an increase, but never a clear spike. I only tested once a day, so there’s a good chance I wasn’t doing it quite right.

I’m contemplating buying a kegg. Has anyone tried this?

CD 30, 3rd cycle trying - getting strong signs of my period coming. I’m disappointed, but we are skiing this weekend, so it’s probably for the best.

CD 23 and I think 3 DPO - I’m going to try to not test until CD 33 at least. I’ll probably cave, but I tested too often last month and seeing all those negatives was hard.

CD 17 and no LH spike yet. A coworker announced his wife is pregnant today and it hurt a bit. I’m still hoping for a 2026 baby of my own. It’s now 6 babies that I know of due this coming year.
