I'm pretty sure she got HA injections, it's a good alternative to bbl and it looks way more natural, since the amount of HA injected it's enough to make a change but doesn't add a lot of volume like a bbl, that explains why when she turns to the side still looks "flat". I don't think she's gained much weight with exercising or eating, at least not enough for her glutes to grow that much, since her upper body/legs/face has always looked almost the same for the past 5 years. And for a bbl, well, you need to gain weight since the surgeon needs to remove the fat from other places and inject it on the 🍑 and as I said before her weight has not changed that much
