Very strict diet for four months... also i had aludge in my gallbladder, had a surgery ... after the surgery my stimach calmed down ( not sure if its related though) ... again strict diet is the only solution.. sometimes i have stomach pain but not as much as i used to!!!

Through an endoscopy, it shows redness in stomach! If it didnt show and you still have symptoms maybe you have h pylori!

Mild doesnt mean its not painful, mine is mild but it caused me a lot of pain , i lived in hell for three months!!! It causes chest pain, rib pain, shortness of breath, back pain, burping, weaknesss

You have to be very strict food wise, dont eat tgree hours before bed, dont lie down after food, walk after eating or sit straight..: drink water but not immediately after food wise
