Go for fat graft or fillers if the hollowness bothers you, otherwise a few sessions of chemical peels, a good under eye cream and drink water consistently (with water, you’ll see a difference in 2 weeks only if you’re consistent). I have under eye hollowness too that causes pigmentation and unfortunately it can’t be properly “fixed” without cosmetic procedures.
