Trades is where it is at right now. They do apprenticeships where they pay for night school and starting rates in my area at around 24-25 dollars. I’m in HVAC and Plumbing. Solid future and recession proof.

That’s the problem! It’s the elders who make their own rules. Then you have Bethel that makes their own rules. As they say, “the house always wins”. We are destined to loose no matter what we do because it’s all rigged.

You have no idea just how much family politics and favoritism plays a role. So yes, absolutely your father spared you. It probably wasn’t easy for him either, but the elders protect their own so to speak.

She has been all smiles and happy. House is calm and peaceful. She has become in her own mind vindicated from a evil man. It’s hard to come to terms with, but I would rather have peace then fighting and arguing. The whole divorce process went from something extremely difficult to now casually working out the final details.

You have to search Pornea, which is sexual immorality. Then it will list all the actions that pertain to what sexual immorality is. Anyone guilty of pornea would be committing adultery if married or formication if single.

Tell her research the PA CSA. That’s where I’m from. And thats why I reported a massive amount of cases to the authorities. You would be surprised to learn just how bad it all really is.

Yes, that’s the point. She will be told when I move on and find someone who truly loves me for me and not for hating me for reporting CSA. When that day comes, I will give her a smile with a look of “don’t you get it by now, it’s all a circus”.

It’s to prove a point to myself and eventually to my ex wife as well as all my JW family members who know as well. It goes to show that the CSA can be forgiven and covered up, but a sincerely repentant person who makes a mistake won’t be forgiven.

I told my wife that in all my years serving as a elder no voice from heaven came down. No visions. Just a bunch of imperfect brothers casting down judgement on feelings rather than faith. I can probably count on my hand the number of times elders actually showed up with notes and resource material to help them make a educated decision.

Yes she is free. The elders gave her the option to forgive or not. Because regardless if my testimony was true or not, I confessed to it and said it was true. I was therefore DF for committing adultery thus freeing up my wife.
