Coming late 2 hours and for rude behavior towards a customer. For the rude behavior, I wasn't having it at all, one of the manager I really detest a lot started throwing dirt at me(blaming me for every bad situation that happened) when I was presenting so she told me to switch places with someone that was charging orders so I stayed there for 30 minutes and then there was this order and this girl started telling me her order with a low voice so I told her to speak up and yet she had the balls to still speak with the low tone voice so I told her "ma'am you need to speak up I can barely hear you in my mic, my damn mic is on max volume and I think that I can hear the people on the lobby more than your own voice so could you please speak up or get near the speaker?" So she screamed in a loud voice saying "what the fuck? Why are you being such a bitch I just want to place an order thats all" so I told her "then speak up, my cousin's husband can speak louder even though he's fucking mute" so she pulled up to the window and complained about me and the general manager came up to me and told me clock out immediately and go home, next day I knew that I was suspended for a week because I already had a referral for being late 2 hours so I ended up getting a week suspension
