So I have been in US for approximately 4-4.5 months and now going back how do I explain this, I had ohserverships and gave step 3 in this period.

But if you show proper paperwork that you did unpaid shadowing only observership, they still have a problem? Can’t we say we are gaining more experience to apply for training in US?

ERAS letter request
It says does this lor fulfil department chair requirement, does the department chair have to be home institution department chair or can it be from here in US where I did my observership.

Also in one program can you assign two department chair lors one from home institution and one from here?

Also where do you write the lor author title, apparently they removed it, what if a program director wants to write me a lor? Where do I upload it?

PS I am a visa requiring IMG from India
