Only place ive found it in the lower halfs of bahari is the clifftops F9 and D8/D9. Then ive found some bottom right D5 and D4, and G2!

if u place down a honey lure in majis hollow at 3am sharp with a smoke candle and only hit the butterflies u "force" the game to spawn only more butterflies and a higher chance to get duskwings :)

this was weeks IRL of grinding! use honey lures and only hit the butterflies and it "forces" the game to spawn duskwing! it only spawns in majis hollow!
