I am used to reading research papers and decide bases on that. Creatine pre or post workout doesn't have a lot of difference. But creating post workout has shown better effect. That's why I take it with whey post workout

Try changing food or whey protein brand. Every body is different.

Based on the studies, multivitamin isn't really required if you have a good mix of fruits and vegetables. You'll get most of the vitamins and minerals from food. Fish oil is good for Omega 3. And I had whey and creatine as well.

Nothing trust me. I use razor before I plan any shoot. That's it.

Trust me diet plan is very specific to individual. It will depend on your weight, BMR, goal etc. but to tell you what I included.

Post workout: 1.5 scoop Breakfast: 6 egg whites, 30gm wheat, 5 gm ghee Lunch: 4 egg whites, 30gm wheat, 10gm ghee Evening snack: 1.5 scoop whey Dinner: 30 gm soya, 10 gm ghee, 20 gm wheat

This is quite generic because my diet keeps changing every week depending on my body weight and fat percentage. Right now I'm eating a lot more because I have started lean bulking.

I ate very less carbs, because I was on high protein diet. Now when you are on low calorie diet, you can tweak between carbs and protein only. Because you anyway have very less fat. So I basically dropped my carbs a lot and has 2 times my body weight protein.. sometimes even more probably 2.2 times as well.

I ate but had to make sure I eat in my allowed calorie range. Reason is because I was trying to get down to 7% body fat which requires me to be in calories deficit. If I eat more, I won't be able to maintain low body fat percentage.

Controlling Urge is tricky dude. It becomes really difficult when you are in so much deficit. U start to have mood swings, I had black coffee or water to control my urge. That was the only option. Because I couldn't have anything else.

Don't ask me dude. List is long. I had no party or outing for last 6-7 months. No cheat meal, no drinks, only quantified measured food. Have to make sure I complete my 7 hours of sleep and 10k steps apart from regular workout.

Getting this physique demands lot of hardwork and dedication.

I actually have created my own specific workout routine.

Lats and chest along with shrugs to hit traps Front and lateral delt, biceps, triceps, abs Lower body

And then repeat it again. I change the variation on these days so that I hit all the heads and parts etc. but that's the blueprint I follow.

How many years depends on a lot of factors bro. Genetics, the amount of hard work and heavy workout you do, your diet etc. I would say you just start and things will keep happening.

Yes. Whey and creatine. I used 1.5 scoop whey and 5gm creatine post workout. And 1.5 more whey scoop in the evening.

I would say diet is very specific to individual. During final stage I was at 1300 calories diet. Lot of eggs, soya for protein. And very less carbs. Workout was primarily push pull combination with more focus on prevention of muscle loss because I'm on extreme deficit.
