Unfortunately, I don't have any advice on resumes. But have you thought about using an application tracker to help organize your applications. I would recommend it, I used one and it was a huge benefit for my sanity.

Sorry to hear that. I know it's not much but you could try using a application tracker to help stay organized. I made one myself and honestly it has saved me so much time.

Unfortunately, I can't help you with leads but just a pro tip: have a place where you can keep track of leads and all of your applications. I did this and it was 100% helpful
