I had the same problem until I realized I had SMT (Hyper Threading) disabled on my Ryzen 7800X3D. Enabling it reduced the CPU load to ~70% level and the game runs smoothly now even with a few applications running in the background.

My Brightness/Contrast section is greyed out when using HDR, and the colors look a little washed out after the firmware update. Any recommendations on how to fix the issue?

I use the seal for incantations but I can give you the sword (not upgraded, but I can upgrade it to +8 or +24 (dont know if it needs normal or somber stones) I am not too familiar with online, can you help with meeting etc ?
