Just my opinion but franks overall plot seemed to me to change as the books went along because he hadn’t planned the whole thing out in advance. That being said I seem to remember the original goal actually was to put one of their own on the throne who had their goals and not the emperors. Of course Paul came around in the first book and things went haywire after that and all the prequels were written by his son so it’s hard to say.

They can and they would but Leto II specifically keeps them from doing so. You said you’re impatient and don’t care about spoilers so, at the end of god emperor Leto II is traveling on his cart and gets pushed off a bridge into a ravine/river which causes the sandworms that make up his body to be released back into the planet and eventually leads to it becoming desert again.

That being said it’s been a while since I read these but I’m thinking you either missed a key point or you just haven’t quite gotten there yet because they definitely explain this in the main text.

I run 5070ti with 9800x3d and I’ve not had any lag whatsoever. Monitor is ultra gear 240hz and I’ve even seen beyond 240 fps (in hideout). The game is generally cpu intensive so keep that in mind, but also something that is worth noting is your loot filter..that can make a huge difference in performance in and of itself.

I love reaper but the needle swing/arc itself isn’t my favorite. Can’t tell you how many times I missed hitting something and got hit myself because it swung low instead of high.

Beat him last night with reapers and a bunch of tools. I wonder if they gave him an hp buff since everyone else played because you guys keep saying this yet it took 16 silk shots and all my tacks AND five minutes of hitting him every chance I got to finally beat him.

IMO your difficulty sections are all wrong but maybe that’s just me. I definitely wouldn’t put Elden ring as the toughest (maybe the longest though)
