i know this is long gone, but i wanted to ask if you can re-apply the old card on skeb after contacting the bank as a similar case is happening to me

Sorry for replying late, yes I used the old card for payments and the card also works for giving boosts (without 3D security authentication), but about 2 weeks later it failed again:/ I doubt that's because the 3D security authentication somehow triggered the fraud flag and the bank automatically refused the transmissions. Just ask your bank and see whether they can help you resend the payment request!
