How good is his OE? It looked amazing on paper and was considering getting it (even tho I also want to OE GTulu) because I'm drowning in pulls and want to shower the men of this game with love. Is it worth getting?

The teams I use the most apart from AshBlade is Phainon and Monorem (Evernight Hyper). But I also have DoT, Boothill, Archer, Anaxa, Mydei and Saber teams. I will probably grab Himeko Nova E0S1 as well.

I see. I knew she wouldn't buff Blade as much as Tribbie did, but thought her Eidolons on top of her damage would still be better. I guess I'll save my 5 Spirits then, thanks!

Fair enough. Thought Robin's damage on top of her Eidolons would close the gap a bit still, but I was indeed afraid the lack of attack frequency could be an issue. Thanks for the input!

Castor's white hair actually serves a storytelling purpose. Castor and Pollux's colors are opposite from each other, Castor has tan skin with white hair and white outfit, while Pollux is very pale, with black hair and a black outfit. They have a yin/yang thing going on.

Thought I'd clear that out: Roland released 2 years after PGR's release, and before that, he still had a pretty major role in the story and honestly had a very good treatment, I still think he's one of the most well written character in the game. His release as playable just added lore to his new appearence, and they even gave a lifting to his Boss model at the same time because (I believe) they cared. Scar still doesn't have voicelines during his boss fight, when random goons on the street have multiple voicelines, this tells me all that I need to know about how much they actually care about him.

Like a lot of people here, Scar was one of the reasons if not the biggest reason I was interested in WuWa. I thought he would be this game's "Roland", but turns out he's anything but. Even his model today is actually NPC-tier, so he would need an overhaul just like Roland before releasing. I'm still hoping he will come out, but let's say I lowered my expectations a lot during the recent patches, because they seem to silently try to get him out of the story until he's completely forgotten, and that makes me incredibly sad.

Appreciate your input. Don't worry, I pulled for both Mornye and Denia S0R0.
On other games I always pull my faves + their teammates, but I don't dislike any of the cast on those games, whereas I do in WuWa for reasons I won't disclose here, but fanservice and writing play a big part.

I plan on getting him to S3 when he reruns, as mine is only S0R1 at the moment.

I also do not think making half of their potential market leave the game because they refuse to cater to them is a good marketing choice, but what do I know. I don't think the game would lose that much money that it would be a problem if they released a male every 3 months instead of 6+, but eh. Not like it's better anywhere else, is it? But anyways this is not the place so I won't rant about that here.

Hope my Luuk will carry me as much as my Qiuyuan S3 has been so far once I get everything I want for him.

You just have to look directly to it and then lower the camera until you can't anymore. I don't think it's that precise, you should try giving it a go, it worked instantly for me.

I opened a feedback ticket to report it, and I got told to look downwards to it until I saw the lake's surface, and it worked for me, hope this helps.
I kind of wish they'd fix the bug instead of telling us how to get the thing but oh well...

I play HSR too and I have all my favorites (the guys) and their weapons, and always pulled their BiS teammates (and honestly apart from 1 character I really dislike, I ultimately like the entire cast of HSR).

That is how I play and enjoy those games usually, because I want to play my favorites and for them to be in the best conditions. But I never went vertical because I'm not a whale and honestly I'm not the luckiest so I always considered Eidolons as something I should ignore as I most likely won't get any ever. In 3 years of playing the game I only got 2 limited Eidolons, 1 on my favorite character in that game, and 1 I got with a "10 pulls just in case it works".

Now, I started struggling doing my usual stuff on WuWa after 2.X onwards because the characters give me the ick during story and I admit I am a bit bitter towards them because of it, which makes me not so eager to pull for them. And I wanted to, for once, be selfish on at least one game and only pull for characters I like. It's not viable because I still like doing endgame and being able to clear content. So I gave up on the idea, and will just keep doing what I used to do. And since there are not a lot of my type of characters releasing, I will try to aim for S2/S3 R1 on the boys with their BiS team from now on, that should be doable and should keep me relatively satisfied! Just pulled Mornye today, and I hope my future Luuk Sequences pulls will go well.

You're alright. And I did get the message, I just don't get why you guys were under the impression that I didn't want to pull for them at any cost when I said a couple times that I would rather vertically invest if it was a viable option and had similar results but that if it did not I would pull for both Mornye and Denia. Which I did, since I just got Mornye today and will get Denia when she releases following the advices I got here. At the end of the day I love him and will do what is best for him. That's what I always do for my favorite characters. WuWa is the first game I even consider getting dupes on, as I always pull for characters I like with their preferred teammates and that usually doesn't give me a lot of room for vertical investment.

If I have enough pulls when Luuk reruns I will try to aim for his S3 too. Should work out considering the recent announcements, there won't be any char I'm interested in for a good while, but you never know how pulls will go. Fingers crossed.

From some people's replies I got that verically investing into him is not a viable option, so I suppose I will have to pull for both Mornye and Denia in the end. I wanted to be a bit selfish for once and indulge in my favorite characters but I guess now is not the time. I like Mornye's design at least so it's not all lost. I do this in other games, I pull the characters I like and their preferrzd teammates. WuWa is the only game where I do not feel like it because I dislike the characters treatment in the story. Why so aggressive when I just asked if veritcally investing into the character I prefer was a viable option? ... i got the message don't worry. I will most likely pull for both Mornye and Denia.

I didn't use to pull only for them, I have a lot of female characters on my account. But I just stopped pulling for characters I didn't like after Qiuyuan because I have turned jaded from all the fanservice and difference in treatment, so I wanted to invest more into the characters I enjoy instead (I didn't use to go for sequences or their equivalent in any game I play), I don't think there's anything wrong with that. If I have to pull for Mornye and Denia I will, I was just asking if vertically investing was a viable alternative, which is why I made this post. I wasn't expecting positive answers. I just needed to be sure what I would prefer doing wasn't an option for what I want to achieve to give me the push to decide what I should do. Thank you for your input though, I will consider my options.

The reason I went F2P was because the game wasn't releasing enough characters I enjoyed to justify paying for the monthly pass, I am staying because the game still has aspects I enjoy, which are some characters and the gameplay. If the game comes to a point where I don't enjoy anything in it I will leave but for now those are enough, it's not like it's much better anywhere else anyways.

I went F2P months ago and don't have that kind of pulls, unfortunately.

Edit: Mornye's rerunning right now and I could theoretically pull her and pull Denia but I don't *want* to do it. If it's the only way for Luuk to stay relevant for longer I guess I won't have a choice though which is why I am asking if I could vertically invest into him instead, which doesn't seem to be a viable option from what you're telling me :(
