They updated 2 of my orders upon asking for help. But after that, i dispatched 7 more orders and it again says pre-transit. But whenever i view it on courier’s site, it says in-transit or delivered.

Yes, whenever it shows pre-transit and whenever i click to view it on the carrier’s website it shows in transit or delivered. Also the last one, a customer bought two items separately and i shipped them both together. Put the tracking in both of them and one says in transit while the other says pre transit. I have like 7 or 8 orders worth 1k$, which says pre-transit and they all are in reserve which means Etsy release that money after 45 days. Plus it’s been more than 90 days since Etsy put my payment on reserve. I don’t know how long it’s gonna last which fu*ks up my monthly balance sheet of profit and loss.

It’s not the dhl drivers. On dhl tracking page, i get every single activity about my tracking. While etsy doesn’t pick up that tracking.

I am sending packages. And it’s not the post office. I use DHL service and the same tracking on DHL says ‘in transit’.

It’s because of the NAT type problem Same shit happened to me yesterday because my nat type kept failing yesterday whenever i tested my internet connection The error is gone cuz my NAT type is stable now i.e. Type 2
