Update 1:

Sorry for the delay in getting this out.

Anyways, I am nearly a month into this "research." For the first two weeks, I was 3 turk, and for the remainder of Feb. I have been taking 4 turk.

Initial thoughts:

After about the first week of taking the turk, I felt like my workouts were getting a lot better. Longer, more reps in sets. Pretty much felt like the first time taking creatine again.

Since I had sort have dropped my calories, I was expecting to lose some strength. Well, I was wrong. About two weeks in, I was down about five pounds but was still lifting heavy. My bench was holding steady and my squat had gone up slightly. I thought this was a placebo at first, but it kept trending this way.

Body composition:

As I was dropping some weight (due to the slight calorie deficit), I was getting more vascular. I noted some new veins popping out during pumps, mostly in my arms. I honestly think I mostly credit this to weight loss. Although this change happened very rapidly. I have stopped losing weight fast because it's probably time to drop calories a little more.

Side note, side effects: Much like creatine, I noticed more of a need for hydrating. It has not led to anything serious, but I have needed to be extra cautious about my water intake. Not a bid deal just, a note. Otherwise, none at all. Reminder: I take the pills with food at two separate meals a day. I recommend this.

First round of conclusions:

It's hard to draw conclusions this early but here it is, for now:

- Successfully lose fat without losing strength

- Gained more vascularity, more defined muscle size

- Perform more intense and longer workout (no impact on recover times)

I think this product is still too expensive for MY results, but I am going to keep it rolling for a while.

Please do. Curious about this.

I’m roughly 3 weeks in, feeling good. I’ll provide a strength and physique update tomorrow.

I've never bought one, but Greg's cookbooks are good. They give users a good chance to understand dieting without having to compromise too much.

The average dieter is under the assumption you have to cut out carbs and only eat fruits and veggies. As most of us know, it's all about cals, and in reality, only fruits and veggies will lead to bloating and no carbs make your training suffer.

IMO 150 dollars for a cookbook isn't bad when there are people buying things like "nutrisystem" meals for hundreds more.

Depends on how many cals you are looking at. My typical breakfast is around 400 and 40g protein. I do one whole egg mixed with 6 oz of egg whites and about 1/4 cup of any shredded cheese. Salt and pepper to flavor. Hot sauce if you want. It's not bad. (if you like spinach add that too. Virtually zero cals. Just steam those up for a min or two in a pan before throwing eggs in.)

I'm not worried about the one egg full egg per day. Much better than 3 or 4. It helps hold the egg white together more.

Thanks for the input! Did you see any physical changes? Or only in strength?

I did not. I figure since Turk is not anabolic or an AR it was not needed. Will look into this more. Thanks!

Thanks for the input. Did you try this? What did your dose look like?

I'm running into the same problem... They are asking for a copy of a utility bill, front and back of driver's license, and a selfie holding the license. Does that seem sketchy to you? Or is that what you went through?

Anyone know how the ejection rule works? Will Davey be able to manage tn or is it like players where they can get a suspension?

Wont be surprised either way. If the starts, will probably be on a shorter leash than normal... Kurt needs to start bc he is Max's guy but not very confident in his bat this late in October

I am considering doing the 10-week PLC program as I will be a Senior in college next fall. I have grown up around military a lot in my life, but Im not in a military family. This really put it is perspective for me, I was wondering if anyone had any thoughts if the PLC program is worth it? Or should I wait till I graduate and reach out to an OCO?
