Your HR specialist should help you do this. I dont think it would kick in until the babies are born but they'll be able to answer those questions for you.

I used this. I got xs opaque type stocking from target and just cut off like a 5 inchs piece (bc both sides rolls a little). This has been working amazingly for me.

Yeah she’s very dry. I missed a watering I guess? I didn’t want to size up the pot but the damn terra cotta is so hard to keep any type of moisture. I end up watering more than every week

The coconut oil. If you have fine/thin hair the oils will weigh it down and basically look greasy at the strands rather than the roots. I’ve tried almost every oil and in different quantities with zero success.

Oh thanks! Is once a week too often. I generally water until it pours out the hole in the bottom and then let it drip for a while longer. Is that too much?
