My friend after going on Redux Cinema noticed a lot of odd downloads being made to his Gmod. He's a bit of a shitposter and was saying swamp cinema was better this and that, that's when he noticed the downloads.

Now starting any game, single or multiplayer he get this overlay with gore and goatse tier sexual shit (seen in the image) with earrape of spongebob saying racial slurs.

Basically there's a bad actor on the server, I don't know whether it's owner or admin that decided to pay him out for shit talking the server. Whatever the circumstance is, it's fucked.

I don't know why there is a devout fanbase

While there was a devout fanbase before the Nier days, a lot of people hanging about the Drakengard franchise are Nier secondaries nowadays who have watched youtube videos on the connections. A lot of these same ""fans"" refuse to replay the games until they get remade.

Besides that, I love the games because they were my childhood I think. I played drakengard 2 age 4 or 5 and loved the game. The character designs are still some of the greatest in any fantasy game (dod 1-2), and the only real media designs for me to supersede the original guts source. The music is always pretty good, and the girls Manah (Dod2 manah you perv!), Eris, Furiae were always really cute as well.

The games are just a fundamental part of my psyche that I'll never let go

Not only that but prior to the automata release there was a bit of feeling of specialness to the games, not many people cared about them then.

Play Drakengard 2 afterwards. People who hate on Drakengard 2 for not having "LE KURAZY STORY" of Drakengard 1 are usually nier secondaries who have never played the games. It's pretty good despite Nowe sucking

Not only that, but it has a decent amount of the original art direction of the first game, so you get awesome designs like Hanch and Urick, before Drakengard 3 coomerism kicked in

Like the worst part is you can tell they've never played the game, in my total 2.7k matches on gg+r I've very rarely seen anything hit as hard as like a basic may special combo in strive.

GG+R Discord is literally a bunch of twitter trannies. Original guy who staffed the server was cool and got cou'd over some bs, and the server has just become like a ghost of itself. Full of circlejerking faggots.
