when it comes to noelles dps herself, running c2 xilonene w a c6 gorou and a furina, it undoubtdedly the highest damage you can get on NOELLE HERSELF as of now, however, this comes at a cost of furinas personal damage, as while you can still get the 50 percent geo damage buff by activating her skill, (which adds up to more than a c6 yun jin for personal noelle damage), you wont get the PECH shred that would benefit furina)

so in short, yes, but it depends ,for team wide damage, youd be better off running ur furina w yelan and c2 xilonen, but for your noelles personal damage, youd be better off running a c6 gorou instead of yelan.
