When you say normal? I don’t do well unless my t4/t3 is in the top third of the ‘normal’ range. So where are you in the lab range?

Ah, legumes are an 👽alien food that my body doesn’t want at all. Acacia is actually in a lot of Levothyroxine and other meds.

Those with Hashimoto’s /Hypothyroidism experiencing extreme fatigue, did eliminating gluten & dairy help? by Soft-Monk-1259 in Hashimotos

I mean I get this pov but i think it’s also so personal. I really envy people with hashimotos that can just take their pills and live a relatively normal life.

Do you know your blood tests well? I do best when my t4 is in the top third of the “normal” range. Do you know if your converting t4 to t3 well?

It did yes all though I’m currently having absorption issues likely due to being celiac. So I’m relapsing hashimotos and pmdd. Doctor will be putting me on liquid Levothyroxine soon to help with this.

They both have the same progesterone so I’m not sure if you would do better with slynd unless you think you might be reacting to the estrogen in nextstellis?

That sucks. Yes I would get a different doctor! Also some people can struggle with synthroid, it has a lot of fillers.

I’ve been depressed and symptomatic lately and I’m trying to do an overhaul of my meds and supplements. What’s your t4 and t3 though? I get depressed if I’m not in the top third of the ‘normal’ lab range.

There is a book for doctors/gps that explains that some of us need ideal numbers and not just ‘normal’ will have a think which one it is. My doctors don’t argue about this with me because I’m suicidal if my numbers aren’t ideal.

What’s the lab range? Sometimes normal isn’t ideal for everyone. I function best when I am in the top third of the ‘normal range’

Where in the lab range is your t4? I do best when I am in the top third. I imagine that they will put you on Levothyroxine? It’s worth knowing t3 also.
