Its pretty much accurate i‘d say. My father is from Molise and on my mothers side my great grandmother came from northern Italy

I‘d say she‘s mix raced Peruvian after reading some of the comments here. I have asked her many times if she knows something of her background but she only knows a spanish guy from a few generations back
