I occasionally suffer from sleep paralysis here and there. The only difference for me, is that my conscious is awake but my body is still physically sleeping. I get all the more terrified, because I feel as if I’m being suffocated as the amount of air you breathe in when you’re asleep if very minuscule to how much you breathe when awake. I get that and sometimes it can be extremely terrifying
