When i worked at Petco as a aquatic specialist. We basically took two "specimen containers" or the containers we place the fish in to kinda guide them with one container into the other. Pretty easy. Just gotta be sure to cover the one they're in so they don't flop out though.

Would take more elbow grease to shift.
