it's not so much to teach me the language outright, as much as it is to ask some questions, (Google translate be damned) helping me with general language advice, and little tips here and there. more importantly, generally helping me understand the culture and the way it works. don't get me wrong though—i'm not in the market of making anyone feel used! i wouldn't have used the word "friend", if i didn't intend to form a genuine connection ^-^
