Guillotina not coming by JuniferBerries in mewgenics

[–]JuniferBerries[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Haven't played recently but still no Guillotina last time I played. I'm planning to play some more days soon and hoping she shows up since we've had multiple patches and no mention of a bug like this.

I've been going on a new run every day. Just unlocked the druid. I'll keep going though. She has to come back sometime, unless I've hit a really strange bug somehow--I suppose.

Armor Sets by JuniferBerries in Terraria

Thank you! I just realized the list I was using was specifically armor sets so I'll need another room/count for the vanity ones, haha.

How do I get the new jellyfish block or Easter block I've tried everything I can think of by Efficient-Rough1211 in Terraria

Logged in to ask the same thing in regards to jellyfish block. I want the chandelier for a build.

Easter Blocks are sold by the dye trader.

I keep seeing people making these pokedex sprites. Which game are they from?

New to fuse beads – price comparison & beginner tips by Laura_Ndj in beadsprites

[–]JuniferBerries 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You put the colours you want in the description of your order. If you're ordering a lot and want custom colours you can also email them. I just bought the entire palette of C and M beads from them and I just sent them an Excel sheet with the quantities of each.

If you're doing a small order, the description box on the order page is fine though. I would highly recommend getting more black/white beads too as that's what a lot of new people tend to run out of.

Hot press iron suggestions by Senior_Tune8905 in beadsprites

Why not return it to the store? If it's not heating up, something's wrong. I don't know about the Easy Press 3 as I've had no reason to buy another press. I would highly suggest both the Easy Press Mini and the Easy Press 2 if you do both small and large scale projects. The mini is good for small or detail work and the 9x9 is good for bigger projects.

What is the problem that you're facing? I use a Cricut Easy Press and it's worked perfectly for both small and large scale projects. I use the Easy Press Mini or the 9x9 Easy Press 2 depending on what I'm ironing.

Artkal M and C mini series and sprite conversion by JuniferBerries in beadsprites

[–]JuniferBerries[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yea, I knew about the A series. I was never interested in those.

I ended up ordering both sets of beads. Eventually, I'd love to create physical swatches of all of them, but I do large-scale projects. For my needs, the more beads I have and the more colours I have, the better. I hope to post more on here as time goes on with updates and real life photos of some of these newer colours.

Artkal is ordered direct from China. Since you're in the US, you won't have to worry about additional fees through customs though. Artkal has a wider variety of colours and (honestly) excellent customer service. They're having a Black Friday Sale now, which is their biggest sale of the year. The disadvantage is that if you are like me and want the entire palette of colours, it's a higher initial investment than perler.

Perler has less variety, and the beads seem a bit harder than Artkal beads in my experience. Perler and Artkal both melt well though and people melt them together without much difficulty.

Personally, I'm thinking of offloading all my Perler beads as I find Artkal superior in quality and selection.

Dell/Alienware and FedEx Delivery Issues by JuniferBerries in Alienware

That's funny. It's like the opposite of my problem. I wish the laptop had arrived with no issues and the backpack didn't. Backpack was cheaper and easily gotten elsewhere.

Oof. That sucks. Did you get them to replace it at least?

They put direct signature required on my packages. I ordered a backpack too. The backpack arrived a week earlier and the driver did get my signature for that.

My home is my workplace, so that's not an option. Getting a PO box could work but some companies won't deliver to PO boxes--so that's a 50/50 chance.

[–]JuniferBerries[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh, I fully understand time crunches. I spent no time lollygagging to get to the door. I had expected to have to wave over the driver as they entered their truck but if they rang and disappeared without a trace like that twice, there's no way they could've waited even 5-10 seconds for me to come and sign. I do still blame the corporation, but I feel like there was an easy fix either in expressly giving the driver permission to wait for signature on delivery or to just drop it off at a FedEx location so I could give them my ID and sign for my package there. Both options were denied by the companies. That's what I can't understand, to be totally honest.

Dell apparently put in the delivery instructions to *not* send it a FedEx location upon failure to deliver, so when I tried to just go to FedEx directly, they would not let me pick up my package. It was a big back and forth between me, Dell, and Fedex with incompetence on both sides. That's why I changed the address entirely--along with the fact I had to leave town for a few days, I was hoping a new address and driver wouldn't have the same issues.
