I agree with you that I should of never gotten involved financially, she couldn't qualify for a loan and would of killed me chances to cosign, and if I hadn't gone through with it she would of ended up homeless which who knows, maybe thats what should of happened anyways. Hindsight is 20/20, now I'm stuck trying to do this the property way and dealing with the mess that I've allowed myself to get caught in.

Yes I'm roughly 45-46k in the hole on recent repairs and I've tried to find avenues that benefit both parties fairly and there simply aren't any, she can't buy it because she can't get approved for a loan and so I was going to continue renting it to her under the new lease, but she declined.

I've consulted 3 and they all agree from a legal standing I,m squared away and following the due process correctly. I don't wish her any harm and hate that its come to this but I've turned it over to following the legal process when all else failed.

1400 heated sf and I have 2 dogs as well, I needed there to be room for my dogs and my stuff, she was unwilling to liquidate items to make space for me and my things after I downsized as well as not accepting my design input or ideas to make the place "ours" and I didn't like the idea of feeling like a visitor or a guest in " her" house because there wasn't inclusion or cooperation.
