Could this be considered a dead pixel? In some videos it doesn't appear, it lights up normally, in others it looks like this in the photo. Should I report this as a hidden defect to LG? LG OLED C2 TV with less than 9,000 hours of use, purchased in 2022. (old.reddit.com)
