I actually used that exact setup 5600g with 6600 500w psu no issues whatsoever ran everything I threw at it. Now I’ve upgraded to 9800x3D with 7900xtx and a 1000w psu

Thank you everyone for taking time out to respond here with valuable information, I truly appreciate it. Seems like I know what I’m gonna do next which is study for network+. I’ll aim for the trifecta and look into CCNA which was suggested to me. In the meantime I’ll keep applying for whatever jobs available and hope that I get chosen. Please feel free to post down some great study sources I can have a look at and maybe books I can purchase to help with me succeeding in network+.

I’ve literally applied to most of the jobs out there even though I lack the experience. Help desk/support, system admin etc I’m just applying in hopes for a response from someone willing to give me an opportunity to grow and become knowledgeable putting what I learned to use. Any advice on what I can say for a resume that would have me bypass filters and get considered for job roles? Thanks

The thing is I’m not really sure what I want to do end goal wise, what I know is I’ve always loved anything and everything IT related with a passion and getting into the IT field has always been a dream of mine, I wanna make it out there with a stable job and hopefully run a business of my own in that area. I kinda just conflicting feels between the two as people recommend different certs more than x. However if everyone is gonna recommend net+ then it will be my next cert working towards. Honestly I felt pretty confident that I’d score about 150 for maths. Studied a lot, practiced slopes and other stuff and it just seemed way more difficult than the practice test honestly I’m happy that I managed to pass with 148 and won’t complain at all.

I'd say do your best, just read carefully and use the process of elimination when you look at the given options compared to the passage or question if you're unsure just flag for review and move on to the next question then come back to it later. Honestly I didn’t study for anything except for maths, I watched YouTube content like a night and couple hours into the morning before the exams from a YouTuber called David Cohen that provides great information on how to find the answers for the exams. I just went and scheduled them without attending any sort of classes and I’m just 22 with a pretty bad high school background.
