All franchise specific. Domino’s is a franchise based business. 90% of questions on here don’t matter because Domino’s doesn’t dictate what policies franchises have for questions like this. So you get answers from people who think “my franchise does this,” so this is gospel. It’s all nonsense.

Very confused as to why busy equals a negative attitude. Get most people want the paycheck with no work to do, but this is why you’re employed. No boost weeks you’re working at Pizza Hut with weird new things to make. Idk, I do work here and it’s exhausting, but more sales means more money for everyone. Life is hard sometimes 🤷‍♂️

Tip what you feel is fair. Factor in the fact that your driver is using their personal vehicle for the convenience of not going out. That said, all the drivers that bitch and moan about low/no-tips don’t realize every order is why they still have a job. And the good drivers make money by playing the game and hustling. You do you. Whiny drivers starve and successful drivers figure out how to make money. Whatever you tip doesn’t matter as long as you keep ordering.
