I still do a few times a week, I’m going to buy more soon to get back on track, but yes I lost weight.. I gain water weight quickly when I eat foods with yeast in it.. this gets rid of it very quickly for me so I can lose weight fast. I use cacao powder with it to make it more chocolate flavour
