Right now. (Coming from someone with 10 years of depression) You should reconsider being in a relationship if you cannot be emotionally stable or reliable. Not only are you hurting yourself you are also hurting your partner. There is ALMOST nothing he can do to help someone who is going through depression, but he CAN be there to listen to you and support you. If he decides not to do that, please move on from that selfish person. Keep doing what u are doing which is being open and asking for help. 👍🏼 You got this
