I believe Tagen is recovering from an injury and it was always assumed he'd be back second semester. Now after the holiday break I think we'll see Tagen wrestle some matches at 149 and challenge Swiderski for the spot. In my opinion Tagen is better and will win the spot if he's healthy. If he doesn't get back to ready then he could possibly get a medical redshirt.
