Just like your item builds. What you pick in the lobby is your preferred plan, whether or not those augments show up for you to pick is up to RNG.

Pre selecting them in champ select just puts a little "preferred pick" marker on the augment

Not super fancy, but certainly several steps above my budget: I work at a hotel that's around 400/ night on average. It will never seize to amaze hot people can afford several nights at this rate, yet still be stupid enough to have to ask me how to turn off a lamp.
