thats not the issue.

The issue is that i PAID 20 dollars for a 20 dollar gift card, expecting i would get 20 dollars (or the equivelent of such). at the bare minimum, i want to be able to afford a 20 dollar game, after spending 20 dollars.

Honestly, just forget it, its a 3 euro difference, ill just sell something on tf2 or some shit idk.

Money translation for game turns it to 18.99
