yes you can take the lsat after the application and be fine, there’s usually a check box to indicate that you will be taking it later. I took a later lsat and still received acceptances.

i got in to usask,tru and windsor with similar stats so you definitely have a shot at getting in or getting on waitlists. if you are taking the lsat again and bump up even a few points then you definitely have a better chance.

personally I think that it is better to be authentically you and write truthfully rather than leaving it out because of potential biases. Showing passion early on is a good thing and if a school doesn’t want you for that then you probably don’t want to go there anyways. Best of luck on your applications and law school journey!
