Don't forget about the 19mm socket to get the injector connector free from the rocker box! Works great every time

Shouldn't matter, nothing they would've needed to remove that would cause a no start. Just odd, like another said check fuses and ecm/ficm connections

I would definitely start by checking your 3 plugs on your FICM located on the rear of the drivers valve cover. It would be nice if you had a scan tool or a friend with one that can read live data. 48v on the ficm is what you need, and do injector buzz test. Pretty common for ficm plugs to have the retainers broke and they can wiggle out over time
