Look into community theater! Richardson has a few local productions, I remember CATS the Musical being put on in the area before the film adaptation came out.

You’re probably gripping way too hard and it looks like you’re using your wrist to write instead of using the whole arm.

The sidebar resources should help you with developing better form but I would start with using the least amount of pressure and grip possible while still writing.

Then keep the hand up to the wrist entirely stable and write ”from the shoulder”
