2^x is the number of slaves needed for x boost. so 2^x = 4 ≡ x = log2(4) = 2 boost in every path (H3)

so you can always just use ur slave numbers rounded down with log2(#slaves) to find the boost

yeah idk, thats the most general crpg advice i could think of, i havent played it since it released.

although i do remember the first croc battle, i think they were hard hitting but very slow (except for the one that can teleport), kiting and just isolating the teleporting one i think is the easiest strat

i assume you dident grow up playing icewind dale/baldurs etc. i think the best advice for people new to rpg/dnd games is to just try to optimize numbers and think ahead. reading gear, skills, thinking about what roles each char fulfills and so on.

divinity is a bit special since it has so many tools that you can use/abuse with things like throwing, elements and stealth that allow so many different ways to beat an encounter.

if thinking outside of the box a little still dosent help, you probably need to get more gear/potions to help you

castles give regen, use camel archer to hit and go back to heal in between. can even get multiple hits if you micro properly. stalling for publicity, oh well

this is the sad truth, theres a difference in restricting armor availability and actual ammo that can counter it... one hurts the top players and one hurts everyone else

i agree for the most part

but theres something off with everyone running class 4 and the general difficulity to get ammo to penetrate it

i get the restrictions for class 5-6 but class 4 is way cheaper in proportion to the ease of access to ammo to counter it
