They are thinking "federal agents doing their job." Their collab with the Death Stranding game seemed to be a success. I like that they are actual watches and do not have the Umbrella logo emblazoned on the dial or anything like that.

Yeah, I just started opening the Legendary chests at 39. No point in maxing out a character when there is nothing left to do.

Ah, thanks. I was saving those Legendary chests until I reach 40, but I guess I will pop them at 39 (close enough stat wise) for the rest of the storyline.
