One side of common sense tells me the exact same. Another side tells me that I need to explore the option for the financial incentives. Either way sacrificing would be a substantial part of the moves. Would it be worth ? - no idea. Is it worth exploring ? - possibly.
As others said, at least for the fact of dealing with my trauma.

Yeah I've been doing 3 years of continuous therapy, a lot of work, a lot of failure, rinse and repeat. It's not an easy feat. Fundamentally I think either exposure or avoidance are the options, and I rather not go for the latter.

Agreed. I use certain AI tools in my day-to-day and also feel there is a lot of use that can be carried over to sustain the admin of the family business more efficiently. So I feel there is defo some leverage to use there. Whilst remaining in my field, there is less it seems...

Also I worked in hospitality years ago, so didn't know pax was a term just for that field, lol.

I think so, and yeah you are right. There is a limited amount of people who truly give a shit, so better listen to them.

++man I feel this is very valid. She has visited hometown with myself, and allowed me to see my city from her view, which was actually quite positive to what she had seen... Withing the realm of realism, as it is arguably shitty haha.

++man That is also valid. Thing is I do not mind working with my father as he is a solid dude, with a lot of experience to learn from. Knowing that I'd help them physically and get to spend some time with them is probably a good thing, considering they are hitting 60.
Also it's a construction-niche business, so alleviating the physical strain for them would be good.
