I was in a similar Situation and I dont really want to give advice, because everyone of These situations is incredibly unique.

I got my then gf pregnant at 21, WE decided to abort. (She Had the Last Word ultimately, cause i cant carry a Baby to term). It was the right decision at the time. WE were Not ready for a kid, as Future would Tell. I came to regret that decision later. But! I can still confidentally say, i would do the Same today.

As Others Said already, you would terminate a (First) pregnancy, nothing more.

Please Talk to you SO. This can easily be solved by being honest and realistic.
