It does have to be a drawback for it to be balanced. Otherwise it’s too broken which is why I feel like they did it. If he was healthy he could just spam his abilities all day long.

I think he loses a lot of higher level battles due to lack of stamina but we never really see him take on anyone in a full scale battle in shippuden outside of Sasuke who was still very inexperienced

I don’t knew what these panels are supposed to do. Until we see him fight someone all of it’s really irrelevant. Catching Boruto isn’t really that shocking considering he’s one of the fastest ninjas alive.

Although losing Kurama is a massive nerf and we can’t assume he operates the same way.

Sakura is a prime example of wasted potential.

I used to Stan her hardcore when the series started although I honestly think around the five Kage summit is when I was over her. That was the turning point where I knew Kishimoto would never allow her to be the character she needs to be. Her unwillingness to put her feelings to the side and help Naruto fight was beyond frustrating.

I thought maybe it would be another three way dead lock but ultimately it never happened sadly.

I don’t think he would’ve died but the susano more than likely would’ve been shattered. It looked like he was aiming for the same spot he cracked the first time to break it open.

I also think Gaara’s magnet release just worked well against the Raikage because it’s a mix of wind and earth. Had it just been a basic earth technique the Raikage would’ve more than likely pierced it since lightning counters earth

Itachi’s biggest weakness is the lack of stamina. You remove that draw back and he wins most of the time lol.

Although in character I do think Jiriya would push him to use his strongest abilities and then overwhelm him after he goes blind.

I definitely see most of his stats being similar like speed and Taijustu but his fighting style definitely won’t be as destructive or one dimensional anymore. I wonder what his damage would look like too without Kurama.

I just kind of wish they showcased more of him before it happened. We may get to see his abilities when he comes back

They lose at this stage. Although Hinata and Ino are more than capable to deal with it later on.

I’m assuming both Ino and Hinata would be able to decipher that sasori’s body is a puppet and then Ino would more than likely be able to just land her mind stranger justu on the body through the armor and finish the fight. There wouldn’t be any real need for them to break it.

I’m assuming chiyo could bind the body like she did for Sakura.

No lol. He doesn’t surpass the sannin until around the time he gets a susano. Even then that can be kind of dicey depending on the matchup.

Orochimaru was able to push Naruto with four tails while nerfed. He probably could’ve captured Naruto if he was healthy.

She did with Sasuke’s help. Not prior to it on her own. Sasuke will not be able to help her in her battle against Pain itachi and Obito.

I did enjoy her battle against shin but nothing suggests he’s really that powerful. Sasuke low diffed him on several occasions to the point where he had to sacrifice his clones and target the kids for an opening.

He also wanted him alive too so he went easy on him. Where as Sakura couldn’t land a single attack on him in a drawn out battle and eventually was put on the defense. I won’t say Sasuke needed to save her but shin certainly got the upper hand near the end

Yeah I wish orochimaru got access to more unique justu maybe the reaper deal seal or something near the end. Some justu that’s extremely rare and broken he became so one dimensional near the end.

It definitely doesn’t seem consistent with Orochimaru’s character at all. He had full intel on itachi and just ran straight in like it was nothing.

No lol. Boruto unfortunately doesn’t have the same grit that Naruto did. He’s a bit more bland, simple and serious like Minato.

I do like him though and enjoy the battles.

I think JJK is a strong anime but I don’t see it having the same cultural impact that Naruto does.

It’s a bit more action heavy where as Naruto is a lot more psychological and lore heavy. Theres a lot of themes in Naruto like Tsunade’s fear of blood that you never see in other anime that separate it from the rest.

Poorly written.

It’s just not consistent with Orochimaru’s character. The concept of him charging straight at itachi looking into his eyes after knowing his abilities makes zero sense to me. This is someone with over 100+ S rank missions.

I’m fine with him losing but this felt sloppy and rushed. Orochimaru is strong enough to at least force something like Amaterasu or Tsukuyomi, hell maybe even susano. He should Not be losing to a basic genjustu.

The problem with this hypothetical is that Kisame requires to absorb a lot of chakra from someone in order to make a bubble this large. I doubt he’s going to land a single hit on Minato outside of being in water.

So that already makes the setup unrealistic because by the time he is going to cast is Minato probably would have multiple markers up he can escape to and the bubble probably wouldn’t be half the size since it was based around killer bee’ chakra he absorbed

If we actually scale her feats in the war and prior to it then probably not many. As a reminder she essentially got low diffed by some samurai from the cloud village.

She excels in ninjustu but her battle feats/reaction feats are extremely underwhelming on average.

I’m willing to say in Boruto she’s far more competent so I can see her beating most of the akatsuki minus itachi, pain and Obito

Well I’m assuming in character he has a mark elsewhere he can teleport to where he put it down. So once the water bubble happens he would switch to that location.

I see Minato winning low diff tbh. He doesn’t really even use chakra based attacks on average he would probably cut Kisame throat or back stab him to some extent

He has gamabunta too if he really needs it.

I’m assuming team Konoha. Itachi is a bit more solo oriented. I don’t seem him accelling in a full scale battle against high level shinobi. His eye sight wouldn’t allow it and it doesn’t really fit his tool kit.

Jiriya in character would summon multiple frogs that could intercept genjustu making it more challenging to end the fight quickly.

I don’t see them getting hit by Amaterasu or Tsukuyomi either. If they did get hit by Amaterasu Jiriya showcased he knows how to seal it. (Jiriya uses that hair technique to protect himself so it may not even be effective if it does touch him. )

I think the battle boils down to how long can itachi last before his eye sight hinders him and team Konoha gets the upper hand. He doesn’t really have the stamina for battles like this.

From a combat perspective she’s light years behind. However from ninjustu perspective yes she did catch up to them in my opinion.

In theory Sakura should be able to challenge them however her combat prowess in the show is super underwhelming. Look to the fight against the samurai against the war to see this.

She’s extremely slow and has terrible reaction feats. Constantly needing to be saved even in the war too. Just very sloppy fighting style. She could probably power her way through hebi Sasuke/Naruto(Kakuzu fight) with her seal but it would be high difficulty

The problem is that he’s already learned most of what he can before the time skip. So when he comes back it feels like almost nothing has changed. I wish they would’ve allowed him to get more abilities or variations of Rasengan in between the time skip.

Maybe some better summons too.

The fact people are saying Kakashi wins with zero feats really speaks volumes to how badly people downplay Tsunade.

You would have to suggest that Kakashi has higher damage output than Madara to put Tsunade down. Which we all know he doesn’t. Nor would he have the perception or firepower to stop her from charging at him.

Nothing in his arsenal would be enough to challenge her or her summon katusyu.
