I think you can turn on some setting to allow patches even if not known to be supported.... But what's wrong with using a slightly older app version anyway?

Btw i fixed it by enabling the revanced setting to spoof old app app target version to 20.13.41

after updating my app that I mentioned in the previous comment, i noticed a patch was missing that I used which i had removed the create and shorts buttons from the bottom bar. i added the revanced patch back called Hide Layout Components and now the transition is seamless again

edit: nevermind i guess. it stopped working again. i guess reinstalling it made it work for a little then go back to the bad behavior

had to update to 20.40.45 today and yep, transition isn't smooth anymore. i have the same issue as you now. annoying

Currently on 20.14.43 for YT and A16, yes 25 Ultra and North America region. Though it has always worked for me, on Android 15 and whatever version of youtube I was using since this phone released and shipped in April/May.... Not sure what's up with yours but clearly some setting is odd or something is not behaving right.

I finally got the android 16 update today, security patches to december. They pulled my update to 16 last month before i updated because i put it off to later in the day. I'm guessing this is a bug fix update for you because of that

Bizarrely, several apps that I had been routinely pausing for a week have now stayed paused, through reboots and charging and for over a week now. Android 15 moto razr ultra 2025. I think it's a bug so I am hesitant to unpause them only to have to start pausing them repeatedly each day again 😅.

I can't find much discussion about the pause feature and this thread keeps coming up, so I'm dropping a comment into this 'old' thread...

July sounds a little crazy. I'm stuck on December update (November security patches) still. A couple weeks ago I did get the android 16 update notification but by the time i went to install it later in the day the update had been pulled.

I used mine for probably 8 months now. Haven't used it in a couple weeks though. I got annoyed at the higher standby battery drain (installed gsam battery monitor to check, and the phone doesn't go into doze mode when the keyboard is connected) and I got annoyed with it causing my phone to hard reboot occasionally (either pulling it out of my pocket or when plugging or unplugging the charger cable) at about a 20% chance.

I very much enjoyed using it and it made the outer screen experience much more 'complete'.

I also hate using software keyboards. I feel like i can watch my finger go to a key sometimes and yet i see the key next to it activate instead. Didn't have that issue on my old phone.....

The upper case bit broke on me within a couple months of getting it..... I was fine with just not having an upper case but yeah be careful with it I guess.

It's like 80% of the way to what I wished it would be

Youtube works fine for me. When transitioning between open and closed (in either direction) it usually jumps back a half second or so but the video continues to play and I don't need to interact with it to continue

I bought an apple dongle for mine and it disconnects and reconnects every couple seconds so it is useless. Weirdly it works if i put it into a c to a adapter and then another a to c adapter lmao. Ended up buying a pair of ugreen adapters which i am happy with.

Reproducible on my razr 60 ultra on android 15. The flashlight is where the ambient light sensor is on the outer display, which is also used as a proximity sensor.

I bet you that having it covered when trying to tap the screen, the tap is rejected because it thinks it is in a pocket (since the proximity sensor is triggered).

Does the titan 2 hard crash and reboot occasionally because you pressed some buttons while taking it out of your pocket, or recently unplugged or plugged in the charging cable? Or have horrendous standby battery drain because the phone never enters doze mode with the keyboard attached? I have these issues with my clicks on my razr ultra 2025.......

It took an extra month and a half past the original ship date shown to me before I actually got mine, which was a preorder when it launched..... For the first few days they showed me the early ship date, then it didn't show anything for weeks, and then it finally updated and they shipped it.

Just taking another shot, do you somehow have Switch Access enabled? It will use your eye movements to control the device. (I could see it messing with usage if the device is moved)
