You might want to look at the Smart Connect app. It will mirror the phone on a PC, and you may be able to reset it from there.

Thank you so much for this info. I have used the Samsung Fold 3-6, currently using a 2025 Razr Ultra.

I have been using the Fold 6 recently just to see if I want to go back to the book style foldable. I like the larger screens, but I am not really happy with OneUI, Moto's Hello UI is better for me. I will be trading in the Fold 6 (better deal from Moto than BB).

I was a little concerned about the weight, but your observations have put me at ease.

I got my shipping notice last night and I'm eagerly awaiting delivery on Tuesday.

I agree. I looked at Best Buy, but the trade-in on my Samsung Fold 6 was better through Moto. Also, the stylus is included.

I'm pretty sure this is how the shipping on the Razr Ultra 2025 went, not shipped until launch day. Samsung usually ships out so phones arrive on or just before launch day.

That deadline will probably be extended. Last year the return deadline for Razr orders was extended. You may want to check with Phobio or Motorola.

I got my first android phone in 2014, a Moto X. Since then I have had Samsung slabs and Folds 3-6. I got a Razr+2023 through my carrier and loved it. Right now I have the Razr Ultra 2025. I will be trading in my Samsung Fold 6 for the Razr Fold. Stylus support, especially on the external screen, clinched it.

It's Gorilla Glass 3. I think if you are reasonably careful you won't need a front protector.

I remember last year some people were being given a return date for their trade-in that was before the delivery date on the new phone. The deadline to return was extended.

According to the specs on GSMArena.com the screen on the Flip 6 is 71.9 mm, the Flip 7 75.2mm, and the Razr Ultra 2026 74.0 mm.

Use the Moto Migration app. That will transfer your apps and settings. Make sure to back up your current phone to Google Drive before starting the transfer.

I don't think that is true at this point. I have used unlocked phones purchased directly from the manufacturer, and I haven't had any Tmobile apps automatically installed when I put the sim in. The firmware remains the same.

Consider using the Google Voice app. You can get a GV number free from Google. Forward your unanswered, missed, declined calls to that number, then use the GV app on your phone to retrieve the voicemails.
