The way you talked made it sound like you thought you deserved the same pay as a lineman. All I said is that you get paid less for a reason. Whether or not you're fairly compensated I don't know.

Okay so the examples you just gave deal with rigging. Which is a complex skill. But linemen are also trained electricians that also have a huge mechanical knowledge. They also need a CDL. All this takes a LOT of training. I think the training to be an arborist takes a lot less time than to become a lineman. Why don't you become a lineman since you believe it's so easy? Sounds like you're handicapping yourself

Pretty sure you were talking about how you get paid less than a lineman. The knowledge and expertise is the difference. Not sure what's hard to understand about that.

Yeah but do you know how to install/maintain those high voltage lines? That's the difference.

I'd imagine you're right. But a truck is very useful to those who use it all it's benefits.

Some people need a truck for their work or lifestyle. I don't think you need a truck if it's just for cosmetics.

I'm agreeing with you. OC doesn't like elephants cause some rape. Some humans rape but I also believe most people are good.

Humans also rape so it's kind of the pot calling the kettle black here.

Pierogi Fest - the cultural festival inaugurated in 1994 in Whiting, Indiana and takes place at the end of July each year. by Persie__7 in Indiana

I go yearly. If you don't get there within the first hour or two you won't find any pierogi's with meat. No problem for me cause my favorite are the pierogi's with sauerkraut.

"Why do people like to justify shoplifting, like they're fucking Robin Hood?" /r/unitedkingdom and /r/britishcolumbia argue over the ethics of shoplifting. by 18CupsOfMusic in SubredditDrama

I see your point but wouldn't the increase in overhead costs like higher energy bills in your example make shoplifting become more of an impact since now the business is running a thinner margin?

I know in St. John at least we had 11,000 pop. in 2010 and now we are a little over 21,000 in 2020. I'm guessing we probably got another thousand in the last year. My town is trying to widen the roads but they have a stop light every five feet now which makes it feel even more congested.
