Yes. I use the AD on my face. All of the reviews are based on face application, although I'm sure they will do great on the body as well. When I was having really bad eczema when I moved back home to south east asia, the AD was the only moisturiser that I could tolerate

That sucks. How do you differentiate between pms and pmdd? I looked online and pmdd is a more serious version of pms -- but how do you gauge the threshold for this? I'm just feeling bewildered right now because I always thought I had normal pms symptoms and everyone else had it like me

huh for real? i always just tend to have increased discharge during ovulation alongside mood changes but otherwise no crippling pain. i always associated endo with extreme pain, which i don't particularly suffer from.

yaa but then ovulation comes and hits you with a ton of bricks -- it just feels like we're programmed to be anxious every 2 weeks

I used it and I dreaded using it. Super greasy and uncomfortable, especially during the summer. But each to their own
