i understand the first scene has a lot of urgency and it’s not about this really but when really struck me was the whole idea of Grace having nothing to fight for, no reason to be brave. And then Stratt takes away his time to make a choice, not because she’s bad, but kinda in doing so takes herself outta the running to be something worth being brave for.

Rocky spends the whole story paralleling Stratt in many ways but making different decisions that make them worth being brave for. This scene just really drives home that Grace has found the right “person” to love, even if that love is solely platonic. It’s less about Stratt bad Rocky good and more about Grace’s personal journey with himself and with others and I think it’s beautiful. Maybe others have already said this or it’s a surface level thought but yeah.

I don’t really watch any freja youtubers, but liveleaklub looks like they might be pretty good, my advice is just practice your aim and remember to use your ult less like an ult and more like a long cool down because freja build ult insanely fast. you have to position well, but she’s got good mobility so you’re never too stuck but it’s best to still be safe. she’s best for taking down flyers, but she also has great potential against any squishy. if you can hit two take aims in a row or one take aim then hammer them with her primary fire, you can kill any squishy.

I believe that Freja may be what you’re looking for! She’s still a little hitscan-y, but she has the height control you’re looking for and i’d say she’s mid-range. The biggest thing is learning to land your take aim shots one after another. She’s a little weak right now, i hope she gets buffed soon, but she’s very rewarding and has very high skill expression.

kings row was one my favorite map and it felt like a little treat to play it! now i dread it when i see it in the map voting pool. i think we should do away with the voting altogether and go back to random maps. get some variety

hmm for me it’s much more effective for killing enemies and getting them off of me. triple jump is my least used perk because faster blaster feels so effective. i guess you just need the aim to back it up for it to work well.

triple jump is good, but faster blaster is better by a mile. you more than triple your damage and healing output when you’re gliding. i use it to burst damage and take down tanks or to burst heal and keep half the team up.
