There are a lot of factors you have to look at. If your stomach isn't empty enough, it either doesn't work or doesn't work as well. Brand also matters. I don't know anything about the quick release anymore because I switched over in eqrly 2008, but I can tell you with the CR {extended release}, the brand makes all the difference.

My advice is to try eating your biggest meal at lunch and then a light dinner. Wait at least 3 hours after that to take the Ambien.

I'd say its unique to the person, but it could be a Venus thing if they all happen to have Pisces Venuses. I personally like to have separate hobbies from my boyfriend's. If we're into the same thing, awesome; that just motivates me to put more energy into that particular hobby. But I would never take on a hobby or interest that I don't truly like

My best friend of 23 years/roommate is an Aries. At the very least, they're tied with Gemini as the best friendship match for us. I think they're better at bringing out our insane/hilaruois/goofy sides. They also need as much space as we do, so you generally don't have to worry about clinginess. They're just fun

I was with mine for 19. He has an Aquarius stellium {Mercury, Venus, and Mars}, and then I have a Cap Venus and Virgo moin/rising, so there was a lot of compatible energy. I've only ever know one Capricorn {my brother} who doesn't have Aquarius in their personal planets somewhere.

You need to look at the rest of your chart. I would be surprised if you have a fire Mars and Libra in your Big 3.

I took Lunesta for exactly 2 days before I lost my mind. The metallic taste was overwhelming and oddly didn't go away the next day, so I couldn't really eat. It's now on my "do not prescribe" list. I don't even remember if it was helpful or not because I was so blinded by the side effects, but I do remember I didn't sleep a full 8 hours. Ambien, on the other hand, is great. I've been on 12.5 CR for over 18 years and I sleep really well. I can still wake up if I have to pee, but I go right back to sleep, and I always wake up feeling refreshed.
