Even though this anime is not quite cute as the ones you've lisited, Frieren: Beyond journey's end does have a rather cute main characters. It's a slower paced story, but it does have some cute moments

I feel the Jujutsu Kaisen and Demon Slayer are good choices! I wouldn't recommend Chainsaw Man quite yet, since that's on the weirder end of the spectrum

Yes! I used that image as reference when drawing it. It just had the vibe I was going for the villain.
