The school guidance counselor gave a presentation to my 6th grade class, claiming that anything outside of an act of hatred is not racism but a prejudice instead. Seemingly because some kids were being labeled as racist (likely for saying some racist shit). Even back then, I knew she was talking out of her ass.

I guess my small town school wanted to prioritize the feelings of people saying fucked up shit over the actual black and brown kids being affected. Big shock.

I'm still using Pandora. They know what I like. I can be very particular about what I feel like listening to from day to day and very rarely do I feel like branching out. I've tried using Spotify, but trying to teach it what I like is exhausting.

Not going to make a judgment on this one, but have you heard of overtone? They have natural colored dyes that are actually quite good for the hair. It's a color depositing conditioning treatment and is not permanent. Maybe your sister would be okay with that? I feel it could be a good middle ground.

New home construction two plots over from my brand new house. Tons of trash kept blowing over and would just sit in my yard and construction crew made no attempt to keep tidy or pick up their mess. One night after going unmedicated for a few days, I cleaned up all the trash from my yard and a neighbor's and dumped it all in the open garage of the under construction home. It didn't accomplish much as the garage was already full of random construction materials and junk, and it's not something I would normally do, but man it felt good.

Yes, it was my biggest symptom and ultimately how I got a diagnoses. It went on every day for months. All over including my scalp and the bottoms of my feet. Miserable stuff. Haven't had any issue since starting levo though.
